Welcome to Spices To Snacks (spicestosnacks.ca). By using our site and placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Products. We sell non-perishable groceries and beverages for personal use. Product images are illustrative; packaging may vary by batch.
2. Allergens & ingredients. Always read the manufacturer’s label before consuming. Ingredient lists and allergen information on our site are provided by manufacturers and may change — the physical label is authoritative.
3. Pricing. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include free Canada-wide shipping. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch.
4. Orders. An order is accepted when we email your shipping confirmation. We may decline orders that appear fraudulent or exceed household quantities.
5. Delivery. Estimated times are set out in our Shipping Policy; delays outside our control (weather, carrier disruptions) can occur.
6. Returns. See our Refund Policy — 30-day free returns on unopened items, instant resolution for damaged goods.
7. Consumer rights. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation.
