30-day returns, free. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Damaged, wrong or missing items

Email a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or refund the affected items right away — for food safety, you don’t need to ship anything back.

Change of mind

Unopened, non-perishable items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us for a prepaid return label — return shipping is free.

What can’t be returned

• Opened food or beverage items (food safety).
• Items past their best-before date at the time of the return request.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
